You can soak your feet in warm water for 15 minutes by adding lemon juice and a little salt into the water which will help your feet to relax and prevent from any kind of swelling. Brisk walking is very important everyday in order to keep the blood circulating and muscles working. Apply good lotion on your feet before sleeping which will avoid your feet from cracking and will stay soft.

Always take care of the fact that your change your socks daily, wearing them on for longer time can spread germs and result in any infection. Remember to trim nails of your feet daily to avoid the germs and diseases. These simple steps should be followed in order to stay away from the serious problems that would force you to go to the doctor.

Get a good pair of shoes for yourself that can help you to walk comfortably without hurting your feet and always remember to take care of your feet like other parts of your body to make them look beautiful and to avoid any issues in future.
