Avoid sweaty feet
Having sweaty feet is a common problem that a lot of people face but this is not the only problem when you have sweaty feet, on the other hand you have stinky feet as well which is very embarrassing while you are sitting among your friends or in a school because it can actually make others notice that who the culprit is.
When your feet are sweaty it actually lets the bacteria to grow and most of the times you might have noticed that your nails are getting yellow and have fungus, which is due to sweaty feet. You can always consult a doctor if you have a major problem but if you think mostly you face this problem is summer or when you go out in hot weather then you can try some natural remedies at home which can help you to get rid of this problem very quickly.
Firstly avoid wearing joggers all the time instead try wearing sandals in which you feet can breathe and it could not get wet. Put your feet in warm water for 15 minutes by adding 2 tablespoons of vinegar in it, it helps your feet to relax and also cleans the dirt in the nails and on the feet.
Avoid wearing synthetic socks or furry shoes they actually makes your feet warm and then can lead to sweat, you should wear cotton socks which absorbs the sweat and keep your feet dry. Wash your feet before sleeping and put apply a good oil free moisturizer on your feet.
